Three Gen Hospitality Group was founded in 2017 with the opening of VELE in downtown Springfield. In 2019, the group opened Curate in The Gables. Shortly thereafter, VELE was moved to its current location on Springfield’s West side where is recently expanded to introduce. The Pearl at VELE, a unique Speakeasy experience. The group also manages Soleil Café (August 2021) and Rx Café (October 2024).
In 2017, Dan Sperry, Nichole Sperry and Justin Richardson came together, each bringing a different aspect to the table, literally — Dan handles the business and operational aspects. Nichole is our design and marketing aficionado. Justin serves as Executive Chef and purveyor of all things culinary. This ultimate trifecta shares a collective mission deliver meaningful dining experiences, support and promote locally-owned, independent restaurants, and utimately, play an active part in increasing the economic and cultural vitality in Springfield.
